OUR SERVICE AREA
Albina Head Start and Early Head Start have multiple locations in North, North East and South East Portland.
Albina provides services to families currently living in the Portland Public School District within the North, North East (not past NE 110th) and South East (not past SE 110th) areas of Portland.

ENROLLMENT APPLICATION
Prospective families are required to fill out a pre-application for enrollment.
Albina Head Start and Early Head Start offers two options to complete pre-application.

EMPLOYMENT RELATED DAYCARE
The Employment-Related Day Care Program (ERDC) is provided and maintained by the Oregon Department of Human Services (DHS). ERDC helps eligible low-income families pay for child care while they are working. ERDC is a subsidy program.
ERDC and Albina Head Start work with providers and other child care partners across the state to help families find and keep good child care, improve the availability of quality child care in Oregon, and to develop resources for parents and child care providers
Families must apply for ERDC through DHS to be approved.
