ALBINA LEAD TESTING

Albina Head Start and Early Head Start want parents and families to be assured that our facilities are safe for you, your children, our staff, and our community members. In conjunction with recommendations from the Multnomah County Health Department and the Portland Water Bureau Albina has been actively testing cold water faucets in all of our buildings during the summer of 2016.
Below you will find the results of the tests that were performed.
Faucets identified has having elevated levels (20 ppb or higher) have been labeled for hand washing purposes only. We are working with the Portland Water Bureau to have those faucets retested and repaired as necessary.
It is our intent to keep our families, staff and community members updated through the entire testing process. We will update this page with new results and information as it is made available to us.
