Below are some activities for you to use at home to help continue your child's learning. You will get a text message/e-mail M-F with activities. 

At the end of the week all the activities will be archived here so you can go back and do your favorite activities over again.

Educational Websites and Apps for Various Ages: 

Below are some websites that offer various learning games, lessons, and activities for you and your child. Some of these websites are totally FREE, others may have limited Free access and require a paid subscription. We've tried to separate them here. We have also tried to put the Ages/Grades most appropriate for these sites. 

We will be adding more to this list, please check back.

National Geographic Kids

NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC KIDS features educational games, videos, and other activities, centered mostly on animals and the natural world. Kids also can get a virtual tour of different countries, featuring fun facts and other information. 

Starfall Education

Grades: Pre-K,  Kindergarten, Grades 1, 2, 3

Starfall.com® opened in September 2002 as a free public service to teach children to read. Since then it has expanded to include language arts and mathematics for preschool, kindergarten, first grade, second grade, and third grade. Starfall’s emphasis on phonemic awareness, systematic sequential phonics, and common sight words in conjunction with audiovisual interactivity has proven effective in teaching emergent readers. Starfall activities are research-based and align with Individual and Common Core State Standards in English language arts and mathematics.
